To properly mount a HIKMICRO Cheetah in front of a scope, the system consists of two distinct elements.
The adapter Rusan Q-R M52x0.75 first attaches around the objective of your scope. Its diameter must be chosen precisely based on the outer diameter of the scope.
This reduction ring then ensures the connection between this adapter and your HIKMICRO Cheetah.
The principle is therefore simple:

The ring alone does not allow you to attach the Cheetah directly to your scope.
