What matters is what you are actually going to hunt and the quantity you need to be able to manage at the same time.
A cold room that is too small quickly becomes restrictive. But choosing a model that is much larger than necessary doesn't make sense either.
The right model is the one that gives you enough margin without turning your cold room into a refrigerated warehouse."
